Fern Villa

Fern Villa is a superb 1/12 scale miniature dollhouse made with splinter free MDF 9mm thick walls. With finely detailed windows and front door and authentic chimney pots. All doors, windows and stairs are handcrafted in wood (not mdf), all windows and doors are framed for a beautiful finished.The interior is fully painted and decorated. This dollhouse looks fantastic on its own or add the Fern Villa Basement to give four magnificent floors and add the Barn or Conservatory as shown in above pictures to make a beautifull miniature collection.
