Kates Cottage is a superb 1/12 scale period design doll house made with splinter free MDF 9mm thick walls. All doors, windows and stairs are handcrafted in wood (not mdf),all windows and doors are framed for a beautiful finished. The interior is fully painted and decorated.

Not suitable for children under 5 years.Contains small parts
